I didn’t build SUVARNA from a perfectly polished place. I built it while I was still healing too.
The honest beginning
I grew up with chronic pain, anxiety, and an eating disorder as a teenager.
The healthcare I encountered was reactive. Fragmented. Nobody was asking what my nervous system was actually experiencing underneath it all.
The anxiety was minimized. The pain was treated in pieces.
I remember thinking - even then - there had to be a different way.

What I kept noticing
Patients rarely walked through the door with just pain. Pain was the entry point. But underneath? Chronic stress. Anxiety. Burnout. People who were medicated and frustrated. People who still didn’t feel like themselves despite doing everything right.
Those became the cases I felt most drawn to. The people stuck in survival mode. Because I knew what that felt like from the inside.
The part I don’t talk about enough
What helped me heal were the same modalities we provide at SUVARNA.
Chiropractic care. Bodywork. Learning how to feel safe in my own body again.
I didn’t build this from clinical distance. I built it from deep personal understanding.

What SUVARNA became
Suvarna is my last name. A word that means gold.
But it became something much bigger than a name.
A philosophy. An energy. A healing journey.
Built from instinct and a belief that the nervous system deserved a much larger role in healthcare - long before that was a mainstream conversation.
Honestly? I don’t think the vision is even 50% complete yet.
